I wish there was a law that said...

I wish there was a law that said there could be no littering (I don't know if that is a law or not) and this would be a good law because the garabage that people throw on the ground could blow away and damage or kill the animal. I wish this was a law because it could be helpful to our earth.

What I think is most important- popularity, accomplishing things or being organized

I think popularity is definitely on the bottom, as long as I have friends I don't care about being popular. I'm having a hard time picking from accomplishing things and being organized, they are both important to me, because it is good to be organized, but accomplishing things makes me feel good. I think accomplishing things is related to organization, if you are organized, you could probably accomplish more.

How I feel when I want something but can't have it...

I feel left out sometimes when I can't have something I want, because it's usually something that everyone has.
My story about this is when I couldn't have a dog (or pets). The only pets I ever had was a hampster when I was 5, goldfish, and now I have 2 fish (I didn't get them from the pet store, I fished them out of a pond) my sister has 2 gerbils too, so I don't know if that counts. The pet I really want is a dog, my mom had never agreed to it until now, and my dad has wanted one. They still won't get it, even though they both agreed to buy one. When and if I get a dog, I will take care of it.

Which I think is least important-money, power, or fame...

I think fame is least important. Fame doesn't really do much to you, except make you more important. Money and power do that too, if you have enough of it, it just makes you more important. You need money, but not too much were you don't know what to do with it, you don't really need fame, and you don't need that much power, but maybe just a little . That's why I think out of money, power, and fame I think fame is least important.

Which place I would most like to visit- Africa, China, or Alaska

The place I would like to visit most is Alaska. I would go to the city of Juneau, it is the capital and it would be cool to look at their capital and see what's different from ours. It looks like an old town, but it would be really cool to stay there. But it has beautiful coasts and mountain. That's why I would like to go to Juneau Alaska

If I could participate in any Olympic event it would be...

If I could participate in any Olympic event it would be for swimming. I would do the 100 meter freestyle. I really like swimming, but if the water is cold, it takes me like 20 minutes just to get in the water. I can swim for at least 3 hours before getting out, unless my parents call me in. I can swim pretty fast, but probably not enough to get into the Olympics.

What would happen if people lived in space

If people lived in space I would think they would live in either a spaceship or a house with oxygen in it. We would travel in spaceships and wear spacesuits. We would eat freeze dried food. Living in space would be kind of cool, but it would be uncomfortable wearing those spacesuits all the time. Living in space would definitely be different.

If I was invisible

If I was invisible I would do a lot of things I can't do now. I would scare my sisters though. I don't really know what I would do. I guess it would be really fun to be invisible, but only for like a day or something. I think it would get my parents worried. I'm guessing that I don't know now, but if I could be invisible then a whole bunch of ideas would come through my head. It would be fun to be invisible, and see what people do when your not around.

My Favorite part of my 4th of July weekend

My favorite part of my 4th of July weekend was going to Six Flags. I went on Saturday, we have season passes so we can go whenever we want. It was really fun and I went on most of the roller coasters, I can go on all of them, but I couldn't because my sisters where there. We also went to the water park there. It was crowded, but we did go on the water slides. I had a really fun time at Six Flags, I can't wait to go again.
My other favorite part was the fireworks. They were really cool. I saw 2 shows, 1 on the 4th of July, and the other on Monday. I also liked the fair that I went to in my grandpa's neighborhood. There was blown up plastic balls that you go into and then you are on water and you move around and do flips in it and try to run, that was really fun. That was pretty much my whole 4th of July weekend, but it was so much fun.

My favorite book

My favorite book is Violet Raines Almost got Struck by Lightning. I like this book because it was really good and as it got closer to the end I couldn't stop reading. The author is Danette Haworth. Someone showed it to me in the library and said it was a good book, so I decided to check it out. I did and I thought it was boring at first, but then I got into the story and I loved it. It is a really good book and I could read it over and over again.

What would happen if there was no television, is it a good thing or a bad thing

I think no TV could be both good and bad. I think it would be good because you could spend more time with your family and get outside. I think it would be a bad thing because if outside was raining and you can't really do anything. What would happen is that people would just act different, like how back when they didn't have TV they would read a book, write in a journal, or sing. If we didn't have TV, then when the power went out it could be during your favorite show, but if you were reading a book, then you could just light a candle and keep reading. Not having TV would just be different. If we didn't have TV it would be good and bad.

If I had $1 million dollars I would buy...

If I had $1 million dollars I would buy anything I could and everything I could.

I would buy a dog/puppy for sure though. They are so cute and they are not something that you buy and grow out of. I don't know which kind I would get, but I would get a puppy so they live longer. I never had a dog, and I wish I did because it could teach me how to be responsible, but my family is at work on week days and on weekends we are sometimes gone. I really like dogs because when they are puppies they play a lot. My neighbors have dogs and I play with them, but I haven't in a long time, but I play fetch with them. If I had a dog I would take it for walks every day, feed it, and play with it. I would love to have a dog.
Another thing I would buy is a phone with Internet on it, my phone now has Internet on it, but I can't use it because it would be extra money. I would probably buy a phone that would slide (but I'm getting that in a year) I don't really need a new phone but I would like to have one with Internet.

Coast Guard rescues 3 year old boy who floated away from shore

Wordle: COast Guard save 3 year old

Coast Guard rescues 3 year old boy who floated away from shore
By: Sheboygan Press
On Wednesday, June 23, 2010 a Coast Guard saved a little boy. It took place at Lake Michigan, where a three year old was pulled away from shore on a pool toy. What happened was a strong wind came over the beach where Kayden, a three year old boy, was with his family and he was sitting an inflatable dolphin when the wind came and pulled him away from the shore and his family.
He floated about 200 yards away from the shore. He was unhurt, but the terror of his family was horrible. Kayden was with his mother and his 3 other girls were with him. After Julia Yang,14, heard her little sister scream she tried to swim and get him, but the current was really strong and she couldn’t swim.
Lee said Yang and two other relatives from Fond du Lac where visiting and went to the beach with Lee’s wife Linda Yang,22, and Kayden. Lee got a call from his wife, she said, “I came down here and he was gone,” Lee thought that Kayden was drowning so he borrowed his neighbors car, because Linda (his wife) had the family’s only car. Lee said that while he was driving his heart was beating so fast that he couldn’t think of anything. When he got there, he was relived that his only son was ok.
Marcus Evans, the chief of Coast Guard Sheboygan, said five crew members launched the 25 foot rescue boat within a minute of the 911 call. They found the boy straddling the pool toy and clinging to the handles. Evans said Kayden was screaming when they got there, he was shaken up and cold, but other than that he was fine.
This article is important to know about because things like that could happen anywhere at anytime and it could be something that is just going to happen once or it could have been going on all day.
Kayden was a 3 year old who was pulled away from the Lake Michigan shore near Sheboygan when a strong wind came. He went to the beach with his mom and 2 relatives that were visiting. He was rescued by a Coast Guard, Marcus Evans. He was all shaken up and cold when he was rescued but he was ok. That incident caused the family a lot of feelings and emotions. The good part was that Kayden Lee, age 3, was ok after being pulled away from shore on a pool toy.

If you could break the Guiness Book of World Records, what would it be for

If I could break one of the records it would be for swimming. The record breaker for the men is Michael Phelps with a count of 7 records he broke (from United States). For women it is Jessica Hardy with a count of 4 records broken (from United States).

Michael Phelps (above)

I chose swimming because it is really fun and I am always in my pool, even though it is sometimes really cold. My pool isn't that big, it is 4 feet deep and is 12 feet long it takes me 3 strokes to go to the other side. I love to swim because I love to be in the water. I take swimming lessons, I have been doing them for 5 years but I skipped 3 years so I am kind of behind.

Environment

The way that I can reduce the amount of pollution in my area is to bring a garbage bag on a walk with me and pick up any trash I see.

http://www.naturalnews.com/025772_pollution_health_indoor_air.html

I learned is that there is pollution indoors. It is 2 times worse than pollution outside. It is bad for humans health and because children spend 80% of their time indoors it can cause asthma symptoms but can also be responsible for headaches, fatigue, nausea, allergic reactions, hormone imbalances, and liver kidney or central nervous system damage.

Kids can help by just picking up something somebody threw on the ground and put it in the garbage. They can also take their bikes or walk to school instead of taking a car. Another thing is they can turn off the light, TV, sink, etc. when your not using them. Anyone can help the environment.

What famous person living or dead do you admire the most and why?

The famous person that I admire is Deborah Sampson. She was alive during the revolutionary war. Back then women were not aloud to fight in war, so she dressed herself up like a man to fight in the war. She got shot in the leg and got an injury on her head, she let the physicians (nurses/doctors) look and care for her head but she removed the bullet from her leg by herself so the physicians would not find out that she was a girl. Then she got sick and was hospitalized and that's where they remove her from war and was given an honorable discharge. When she went back she was a teacher again (before she went to war she was a teacher too) and would dress up in her uniform and gun and show her class what she had looked like as a soldier. She married a farmer and had 3 kids and also adopted 1. Deborah Sampson was a very brave woman and a strong one too.

The first UFO sighting

http://www.wired.com/science/discoveries/news/2008/06/dayintech_0624

The first UFO sighting was on June 24th, 1947 in Washington

I don't know whether life is on other planets, but I do think it is possible.
